This documentation section provides an overview of the steps required to install our custom Windows application.

Our Windows VPN client can be downloaded from our website.

Installing with the wizard

  1. Download the installation wizard.
  2. Open the installation wizard. It should be located in your Downloads folder.
  3. When prompted to allow the application to make changes to your device, select Yes. This is necessary for the wizard to copy the application files to your system's Program Files folder.
  4. The wizard should continue and automatically close when the installation is complete.

Running the client

  1. Open the application. You can use the Start menu and locate AzireVPN either by searching or by opening the list of applications by selecting All apps.
  2. When prompted to allow the application to make changes to your device, select Yes. This is necessary to allow the application to start the VPN interface and manage Windows network interfaces.
  3. On the login screen, enter your AzireVPN login information. The case of the letters should be the same as those used during registration.
  4. Log in to the application by selecting the SIGN IN button.
  5. You should now see a complete list of all our servers. Select the one you are interested in.
  6. Connect to the server by selecting the CONNECT button.
  7. You are now connected.
